Ans: Because it is more convenient and time saving.

 

     3. How can I cancel order before and after shipping?

Ans: Customers can check the order number in the “order history” and call to our customer service team at 09-770-330-003 ext. 200 - 204 during 7.00 am - 7.00 pm.

 

     4. How many online order methods can I order?

Ans: There are two methods for online ordering.

(A) First method is ordering from makroclick website https://www.makroclick.com.mm/en.

     1.  What credit card are accepted in makroclick?

Ans: Currently, we have only payment on delivery method ( Cash Payment Only )


2. Is the showing price in makroclick and purchasing price in the invoice the same? Is there any hidden cost?

Ans: The same price inclusive commercial tax and there is no any hidden cost at all.

 

     3. How do I pay with my Debit / Credit Card?

Ans: Currently, we have only payment on delivery method ( Cash Payment Only )

Shipping & Delivery

     2. What are the delivery charges? Can I get free delivery? 

    Ans: Order between 50,000 Kyats to 249,999 Kyats will be charged 5,000 Kyats as delivery fee and order 250,000 Kyats and over will be provided free delivery.

 

     3. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Ans: Customers can confirm the order first and pay for the products upon product arrival.

 

     4. How can I know when my order is delivered?

Ans: Customers will get called by operation team to confirm the order and at the next day, drivers will contact to customers before product arrival.

 

     5. How can I track my order?

Ans: Customers can be able to check the status of the orders in “order history”. Customers will also receive SMS for order confirmation and payment.


 

 

     6. How can I change my shipping address?

Ans: Customers can go to “Delivery to” tag and click “create new shipping address”

 



 

 

     7.  Is it possible to change the shipping address after my order is confirmed?

Ans: Customers can contact to our customer service and request to change the shipping address as soon as possible.

 

     8. Do you have delivery service to other cities outside Yangon?

     9. What should I do if I want to order online but my address is not in Yangon?

10.  Is it door-to-door delivery?

Ans: We provide delivery service to customer shipping address on the ground floor.

     12. How do you deliver for Meat and Fish? If it is not fresh, how can we exchange?

Ans: We provide fresh products in temperature control equipment. However, customers can be able to recheck the products when it is arrived and if the product is not in standard condition, customer can return according to the return policy.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Customers are able to return the goods upon delivery point for any damaged or wrong products and only to pay accepted product for the "Payment on delivery channel".

2. After received the goods, company reserve the rights to accept the goods with same condition within 7 days for dry food or within the day of shipment for fresh food at store only.

      3. Invoice is needed in order to return the goods back to Makro.

1. What can I order from makroclick?

Ans: We provide over 8,000 SKUs including fresh food, dry food and non-food items.

 

     2. What is included in price?

Ans: Only commercial tax.

3. Is there any promotion in makroclick?

Ans: Yes, we have bi-weekly promotion and special campaign in makroclick.

 

     4. Can I use coupon on delivery?

Ans: Currently, Customers can’t use coupon on delivery but stay tuned, we will provide more online coupons in the near future.  

 

     5. Why Makro do not provide plastic bag for customer?

Ans: Majority of our products are sold in a large unit, which do not require plastic bag to put in.  Also, we concern about impact of plastic bag to local environment, so we do not give away plastic bags. However, we have reusable bags available for customers to purchase if needed.

Ans: Customer can come to our store and contact our reception directly.


     8. Can we negotiate the price if we buy a lot of product?

Ans: Yes, please contact customer service team. Price negotiation is for member only.

     9. Is there any ATM in Makro store?

Ans: We provide 5 ATM machines in our store (3 CB, 1 MAB, 1 AGD, 1 AYA).

 

   10.  Is there any Mobile App for ordering?

Ans: Currently it is not available yet but stay tuned, we will provide mobile application in very soon.

  

   11. Store Opening hours and closing hours?

Ans: Normally we open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM but during Covid-19, we open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

   12.  If I want to open the new store, which service can I get from Makro?

Ans: If you are our Makro member, we can provide advisory service for retail shop setup, support with suggested product list, and special price for selected non-food equipment. Also we can provide 3D shop layout design service for free.
